First Date is a collaboration between designers and friends, Jane and Jemma, bringing together their personal style and art direction.

First Date focuses on sustainability and ethical practices and deliver pieces that embody balance, luxury and beauty.


All orders are shipped via Australia Post.

Australian orders will be sent via regular parcel post which includes a tracking number at a flat rate of $10.00.  Delivery time is 4 or more business days.

International orders will be sent via Air Mail in a tracked bag at a flat rate of $20.00. Delivery time is generally 10-15 business days depending on countries, however some destinations may require additional time for parcels to arrive. Please also be aware that Customs can hold parcels for extended periods of time which is out of our control.

No extra insurance is purchased unless requested via email. If you wish to add insurance, a signature on delivery or require express post please email info@firstdatestudios.com before you place your order.

All shipping charges are in AUD.

Orders are processed twice a week:  

  • Orders placed Thursday - Sunday are shipped on Monday.
  • Orders placed Monday - Wednesday are shipped on Thursday.

Returns & Exchanges

It's ok to change your mind after receiving your order. 

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can return it for a refund (minus shipping fees) or exchange.  Please note exchanges are subject to product availability. 

You must advise us via email within seven days of receiving your order to request an exchange or refund.

Your item must be returned unworn, undamaged with all tags attached and in the original packaging. The cost of sending the article back will be at cost to you but First Date will cover postage costs of the replacement order when exchanging.
